Project Team

The West Main Street Study is managed by the Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments (NVCOG) in coordination with the City of Waterbury and the CT Department of Transportation. The consultant team is led by Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. with support from Fitzgerald and Halliday Inc. A Project Advisory Committee (PAC) comprised of a diverse group of stakeholders is guiding the study. The Project Team is comprised of the following members:
